Here is a custom cover for "Womanizer" by Britney Spears. I made this with the newly released official "Womanizer" cover and bits of the promo art work, you may have previously seen.

P.S if you paste this in and your itunes doesnt accept it, right click on the song, and go to "Get Info" then click on the "Artwork" tab and delete which ever artwork you dont want to use for that song.
That should work.
