Dreamworks finds a (not so) New Home at Universal

Dreamworks SKG has struck a deal that brings the company founded by Steven Spielberg to Universal Studios.

Under the deal, Universal Studios will release six Dreamworks Films a year, and the deal is for seven years.

Spielberg has actually operated from the Universal Lot since 1967, so he was quoted as saying that when he walked in Monday morning "He felt less like a squatter".

Spielberg said he "Ultimately chose familiarity" when asked about the offer made by The Walt Disney Company.
